Ticket-to-Account Routing ▶
Maps raw Jira site_field and ZD organization values to account keys so tickets are routed correctly. Without these mappings, the system falls back to fuzzy title-pattern matching (less reliable).
Refresh Values pulls distinct values from live tickets and shows which are unmapped. Auto-seed from Config bootstraps mappings using each account's title patterns (run once on a new account).
Click "Refresh Values" to load distinct field values from tickets.
